A safe and happy home is a good place to be, however this is not always the case. It is important to get help as early as possible.

We believe that every individual has a right to a home which is suitable for their specific needs. We put this belief into action by providing, or enabling people to access, real homes and flexible support services to meet these needs.
We offer good quality, affordable housing to people whose needs are not met on the open market. We also provide additional support services to residents, such as financial assistance and free skills training. Our sheltered and supported schemes help older or vulnerable people to live independently and we also offer Foyer and Women’s Refuge accommodation.
We champion 16-25 year olds, helping them to follow their dreams and achieve independent living. Our experienced staff focus on encouraging young people to find the courage to openly expand their biggest ideas and plan for the future. Whatever your circumstances, our services are more than just providing you with a safe and secure home. We focus on helping customers learn the skills needed to set up and maintain a home. For example, this might cover education training and employment, developing your confidence, managing money, or access to specialist services to help you reconnect with your family.
Supported Shared Housing- This housing option is intended for young people with very low or no support needs 1. It is for young people who are in employment, training or education who would like to make their first move to live independently. You must meet these criteria. You must have met and agreed to share with other selected residents.
Accord is a housing and social organisation, this means they support and house people who are homeless or at risk of losing their home. They provide their services to 80,000 people across the U.K.
